AMC’s The Walking Dead Fan Rewards Club was established to reward our most loyal fans like you. Anyone can join and members will receive points by participating in various Walking Dead related activities to redeem for exclusive rewards.
How can I join?
You can join the The Walking Dead Fan Rewards Club by signing up online here https://www.twdrewards.com
. Participants must be eighteen (18) years or older to join the program. The program is only available to residents of the United States.
Do I need to have a cable subscription or have an AMC.tv online account to participate?
No, you do not need to create or already have an AMC Network account in order to receive points for qualifying purchases, view your profile, or redeem your points.
How do I receive points?
Members of the The Walking Dead Fan Rewards Club can receive points on qualifying purchases made at www.shopthewalkingdead.com
as well as by participating in various activities like completing your profile, watching episodes of The Walking Dead and engaging in certain social media networks.

Will there be new rewards and activities available?

When will my points show up on my account?
In most instances, your points should be available on your The Walking Dead Fan Rewards Club profile within twenty-four (24) hours. You can check the points in your account anytime on the home page https://www.twdrewards.com/home

Can I receive points via social media?

Why do I need to refresh my Facebook connection?
If you completed the Facebook Connect activity, you will need to ‘refresh’ your connection every 60 days in order to maintain the points earned. You can refresh your connection by clicking through the prompts on the Facebook Connect activity or following the prompts from the email you received.
Is it possible for points to be deducted from my account?
Points can be removed from your profile when you redeem a reward, return a purchase on www.shopthewalkingdead.com
or if you disconnect from any social network connections.
Do my points expire?
If you continue to log-in to your account, your points will continue to accumulate and will not expire. However, if you do not log-in to your account on https://www.twdrewards.com
within 365 days, AMC reserves the right to cancel your profile or expire unused points. It is your responsibility to monitor your loyalty account and points status. What type of rewards can I redeem for my points?

Will I pay for shipping on merchandise that I redeemed with my points?
You will not pay for the shipping cost of merchandise

Can I return a reward I redeemed?
